First time trying this restaurant.  The tortilla soup was delicious, the mole was very tasty, just wish the chicken hadn't been too shredded.  The chicken tampiquena was very good as well.  Tried taco Tuesday, and the fish tacos were good.  Tried the breakfast as well and it was delicious.  Tried the fish corrida, the Mexican Plate, and the sirloin tampiqueña and the dishes were all very bland.  Missing salt and missing flavor.  Was a bit disappointed. First time going and we started with The Del Paso Sampler was very good. We ordered the Carnitas and Tampiquena. For dessert we had Flan and Tres Leches. All I got to say  the food was very good. Will definitely go back. Service was superb.

Initially, I opted for the burgers, which were quite good. But the real star here is the carnitas platter. The pork is perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and a tender interior. It's a well-portioned dish that hits the spot every time.
